Copyright infringement / DMCA
All the content published in One More Library are in the Public Domain.
Each book published in One More Library is carefully reviewed prior to publication. Intellectual property rights are strictly respected. We review the published texts, the edition to which it belongs, the date of death of the author, the date of death of the translator ( when appropriate), the rights of the images included in the document, the book cover and many other details. No work is published until we are completely sure that all content is in the public domain in the USA ( the country in which our servers are located).
We are human and we know that, despite all our efforts, sometimes we are wrong. That is why we diligently answer each claim we receive, whether DMCA or otherwise.
If you have any claim for us please contact us directly and give us the possibility to review it personally. If you submit your complaint directly to Search Engines or our hosting provider then force us to contact our attorneys and initiate our legal defense. In the other hand, inaccurate DMCA claims and automatic mass DMCA claims cause disruption in our service and require Search Engines to withdraw our search results during the processing of the complaint. One More Library will legally claim any loss that has been generated by inaccurate or automatic DMCA complaints.
One More Library has counter-notified and removed successfully all DMCA claims received so far.
